They will not stop calling after being told several times to stop.

Constantly calling! Will not stop even after several requests to do so. My concern is they tell me I'm approved for$3000.00 loan that I never applied for. What's info do they have any on me or is this a ploy to GET INFO from me?

They call me and told me approved for 3000 dollars. I ask send me written something to my email and they said okay

How do i make sure these people dont have access to my personal information such as SSN or bank info?  I did not give them either of these over the phone, but they already had a lot of info on me.

Same!! I told them to decline it. Now I have to check my credit info

Constant daily calls. They dont care how early or late. Refuse to stop calling

They call repeatedly even after being asked and told not to call any more. When asked to remove our number from their call list the man started yelling at me. I even blocked their number and somehow they were still able to call. Finally I was absolutely furious with them so I started calling them non stop for about 2 hours straight, fight fire with fire right.

They call incessantly, day and night, both landline and cell.  Claim to be Capitol loans calling to confirm that my loan application has been approved.  Even after I tell them that I did not apply, do not want a loan and will not repay anything they issue to anyone in my name.. and request that they remove my numbers from their cal list...they persist  They claim that they are only doing their job when I tell them they are a total scam and that I will report them to FTC and FCC for harassment.  They do seem to get around any attempt I make to block them,,,very frustrating!

This number comes up as 'California', and has been relentless, for months.  I have not answered before today.  I answered, waiting the 5 seconds until a human picked up. It was a woman with a heavy accent.  She knew my name.  I asked what company she was with.  Her accent was so heavy I could not understand a word she said.  I told her to stop calling me.  We'll see.

Received a call from this number today. Once before, a message was left on our VM by this caller. Message was "Mr. Jones (not our name) please return our call.  Your loan for $3000 was approved."  This number is now blocked.  I won't be surprised if they call us back from another number.

They kept calling, over and over again and the number even came through as an international number...Never left me a message but the one time I answered, they told me a had to confirm information to complete my loan.  I asked, what loan?  They said they had a loan in my name.  I told them i never applied, didn't want it and to take me off their list but I think I get more calls now than before!
