Woman calls says to call her back or have lawyer call her. She does have name first and last of a resident at the number.   If you do not call back then she wish you luck with what will be brought down upon you.  English is not her first language.  

Some stupid woman calls in barely intelligable English and urges to call her back. Can't make out any more details than that.

Scammer!!  Don't call back.  If anything is truly official, you will get printed U.S. mail.
A woman called in poor English, left a message to call her back and to not disregard the message.  Complete scam.

Someone from this number left a message on my answering machine.  The woman leaving a message had such a heavy accent that I could not understand most of what she was saying.  I listened to it twice and still could not catch all the details.  She did call me by my first and last name.  It's one of those phony IRS calls making the rounds.  Some of what I was able to understand was that I had to call her back, or have my lawyer call her.  She said her name was Alice, or Allison.  Fortunately, my phone can block numbers, so I'll just add this one to the list.

I received a similiar call about two months ago, but with a different area code.  This one says "the Magic jack number you called has not been assigned".  scam,
