I also had a Check Card Debit for 6.95 from DM NELSON ENTERPRISES on Jan 8.
Called RCB Centura Bank to question this.  Gave me this number 209-920-4344.
Called and got a message "this mailbox is full and cannot accept new messages at this time".  Called the bank back and advised me to report to my
Police Dept and go to the branch and file an affadavit to dispute this
charge on my account.  I have only had this account 10 months.  When Regions
Bank took over AmSouth last year, I was moved to RCB Centura. Closest branch
is an hour away.  What a pain in the you know where.

If you get a charge by this company, make sure you fill out the second form provided above. Dont let this guy get away with it.

I got this DM Nelson Enterprises (209-920-4344) charge on my bank account for $6.95 on Jan 10th. I called the bank and they said it went through on my husbands bank card. He only uses his card online but he did not order from these people. The bank lady said she would issue him a new card and I would have to go down to the bank and file a dispute form which I did Monday. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission also. Does anybody have any more information about DM Nelson Enterprises and what this is all about?

I'll get the $4.95 charge reversed from my bank, USE credit union, but I'm worry that these scammers are charging more everytime. People were first charged 2.95 in late December, then 4.95 early January, and now 6.95. Not only that, many of us callled "the number" and even left a message with our contact info. I hate to get card replacements because they take too long, but I will. I'll also report with the FTC.

By the way, I had not used this credit card in 2 months. I bought a book through half.com,an ebay company, and the following day got the charge.

A $2.95 charge showed up on my MasterCard today from "DM NELSON ENTERPRISES". Thank you Bank of America for online "My Portfolio" to keep up with multiple accounts or it would have been some time before I caught this. Anyway, they are issuing me a new credit card.

Same thing happened to me.  I got a charge for 4.95 right after I had recieved money from Amazon.com for selling a DVD.  Thankfully there was money in this accoutn which I don't use very much otherwise I would have been charged for insufficient funds. I am wondering if it is tied into an Amazon/EBay/half.com thing where when people get or pay money with any of these sites, this charge somehow gets attached to it from a scammer.

I've received similar charges but haven't used my credit card for an Amazon or Ebay purchase.  However, I have used it for other on-line purchases.

A $4.95 charge for me.  My bank has reimbursed the amount but the rep didn't seem interested in doing anything more, so I'm going to follow the advice above and file a complaint with the FTC.

Has anybody filed that complaint on this or a similar situation?  I'm not certain which "Subject of your complaint" to use, as none seems exactly right.

I also found a charge from "DM Nelson Enterp" on my bank statement for $4.95 on Jan 20, 2008 that just posted today. Same phone number (209)920-4344, California. I called the number and couldn't understand a word.

I've never dealt with them before either. About 10 days ago I used an ATM machine at a local Mom & Pop store run by folks from India. I've blocked my card and will get a new number. I disputed the charge and my credit union will reimburse me after I write them a letter but THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED! The money could be going to fund terrorist activities!
