Call me every day and do not leave a message. The one time I did answer, they hung up on me. I called them back telling them to stop calling me and that they were becoming a problem, they put me on hold and did not come back.

Got a call today inquiring about confirming who my neighbors are? Very odd. Lady identified herself as Stephanie Noah.

Calls repeatedly without leaving message.  Very  aggravating!

just recieved a call from 210 249 0916 they did not leave message again. I would really like to know who this person or persons is. And to leave message. Caller ID unknown.

calls at all hours, never leaves a message and does not answer when you call back.

Calls atleast 6 times per day..... will not respond when we answer.  Annoying!!  UGH!!!

keeps calling about a family member who is deceased

got a call from this same number by someone named Bob Eliott wanting to speak to me or my wife...used this number but gave a 888 number to contact them back....just another collecting agency trying to be smarter than you or I.

Here is more information regarding this collection agency:
   *  Discussing details of the consumers' alleged debts with third parties, such as the consumers' parents, children, employers and co-workers;
   * Communicating with consumers at times or places that the company knew or should have known to be inconvenient, including at the consumers' place of employment;
   * Using language the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse;
   * Falsely stating or implying that failure to pay the debt could result in arrest, imprisonment, or garnishment of wages; and
   * Threatening to take action - such as filing a collection suit against the consumer - when the company did not intend to take such action.
All the above was filed against this collection agency in Apr 2002 by the FTC.

Called me today asking about a neighbor on my street.  Caller said his name was Flores.  Told him as his name came up as Unknown on my caller ID I could only assume he or his company have something to hide so I asked him to lose my number since I'm on the do not call list.

keeps calling our business lines... do not answer and hang up.  Called them and told them to stop calling...they stated they would stop calling....lets see how long that will work.

This company called and tricked my daughter (who is 13) into giving out a private number of a relative. If anyone did actually somehow owe this collection agency some sort of debt, do they really think their actions will result in a successful debt collection? They did not identify themselves or their intent to my daughter, who is a friendly trustful person by nature. They apparently can not stoop too low. :/
