they always call me at the end of the month leaving me a message tell me that my bill is passed away passed to do with them and that I need to call them to make payment arrangements and I have no idea who these people are are refused to answer my phone I'm getting sick and tired of calling me every month and tell me that my bill is way past due and that I need to pay it now I know this is a spam and I we fused to answer my phone I wish phone call was stopped but they never are

I received a call from 210-353-222 that showed CPS Energy as calling number.  When I answered it, someone starting speaking Spanish and asked for us by our last name.  I could not understand and asked "What?"  In broken English, he asked if I spoke Spanish.  I answered No and his reply was "hee, hee, hee, hoo, hoo, hoo"  and hunged up.  I called
CPS energy and they advised that they have had several customers calling with the same issue.  Be careful with these calls and do not give them any information.  It shows up on your phone as the real CPS Energy and their number.

Frequently receive calls from CPS ENERGY 1-210-353-2222 and other CPS ENERGY numbers. Local news reports scammers are fraudulently cloning the phone number to scam customers.

If cps is calling about a past due light bill they will leave an automated voicemail! A human being won’t call you directly!

Called but left an automated VM. Caller ID says Porchers Prsrv.....that's not CPS Energy

Moved to FL almost 3 years ago and just got a scam call allegedly from CPS, threatening to disconnect my CPS service in San Antonio (?) within 30 minutes for non-payment. Hell, we haven’t paid CPS since Dec 2016! But haven’t received CPS service in FL either!

Someone using CPS Energy’s phone number calling themselves “national energy solutions”.  This same entity has called me 4 Or 5 times over the last few months from different numbers. Not sure what the scam is or what they’re trying to sell, but seems shady as hell I’d they have to mask numbers using VOIP

Received a call showing CPS.  Had heard on the news about this scam.  He kept asking for my deceased husband.  I asked what this was about.  Still asked for my husband or me.  Told him I was aware of the scam and will not provide any information.  He hung up.

Stop calling me. The time spent in calling me is worthless to you as I dont answer. So stop calling.

Quite interesting - I’m not even a CPS customer. Very spamly.

They called from (210) 353-2222 --a spoofed number-- and left this message: "If you have made a payment recently, please contact our billing department at 800-393-4163. Please write it down the following number: 800-393-4163 Again 800-393-4163. Thank you for choosing CPS Energy." Note that they called every month, a few days after the payment is due, to trick you to call them and get the info related to your bank account or credit card.

Those SOBs call 3 to 4 times avery day and leave no message. Has been going on for weeks now.

Those dill weeds are still at it. Repeated calls , finally answered.  They had familiar past account info, but declared not referencing acct. Instead, selling solar panel system. Soooooo, did City Public Service in San Antonio sell our info, or lose it through the dark side? Hmmmm!

 I got a few spams about solar panels too, but they spoofed ComEd's #. This got past my
answering machine because ComEd IS in my contacts, and so gets a different ring tone.
Since I wasn't expecting them to call (I only have it for power outages), I didn't pick up.

CID said CPS Energy.  Never heard their name but heavily-accented middle eastern voice went into a spiel about solar energy panels for my house.  Same douche canoes called on Wednesday from a different number.  My patience ran out with this bozo, so I told him so in no uncertain terms.  They are also calling in violation of the Texas and Federal Do Not Call lists. Don't ya want to do business with someone already violating the law???

Called mobile phone 10 times w/in a few seconds. Blocked by robo software. Google says it’s a number used by energy scammers

Called twice today and did not leave message. Never have conducted any business with them so I did not answer. Caller ID says CPS Energy and the number 210-353-2222. Once again, we are on the Do Not Call List.

Scam.  Spoofing the main number of a local energy company for the purpose of info phishing/identity theft/wire fraud.  I’m not delinquent on my account and... more importantly... they’re calling a number CPS Energy does NOT have on file as a contact number for me.  As someone else pointed out... if it’s CPS Energy calling... it will be a robo call... and CPS Energy will leave a robo message.  This has been a regular thing for almost 10 years now.
