This number showed on call, no message left.

Had a missed call from this number & didn't leave a message. When I looked up the number on Facebook, some guy from Idleb, Idlib, Syria pops up.

Calls..hangs up before machine can answer....

Says they're with the Texas State Trooper programs, however, if you look into these entities its often a company not even in the state in question, not endorsed by the actual state trooper program, and only a fraction of what is donated goes to the state trooper association.  When they tell you its not tax deductible, that's about all you need to know regarding its authenticity.

Calls constantly.  I never answer and they leave no message.

Call and call and call again. SCAM       BLOCKED

After my usual business greeting, caller remained silent for a few seconds then hung up all over itself.

After another hang up call, I rang the number and heard a message:  "Due to high volume, we are experiencing longer-than-usual wait times.  If you would like us to call you back press 1 or press 2 to be removed from our list."  The message was poor-quality;  the voice was high pitched and sped up.  I held on for a couple of minutes but had to hang up to attend to other calls.  Scam suspicion because 1) the Caller ID reads, "Unknown", 2)  Hang up calls, 3)  the greeting does not state the name of the company, and 4) my Spidey senses are tingling.

Call's several times a day, leaves no message, guess people are going back to work because this just started up again!! Short break from this was nice though!!!!!!
