Keep on calling stating that i signed a fraud check and that i owe money to loan.com and that they will contact my county clerk to submit such case if i dont respond within 72 hours. This has been going on since 2011 and nothing has happened so far. They do have all of my personal information, SSN, Name and Phone Number. Even parents and significant other numbers.

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

The keep calling year after year saying the same thing. they got me the first year. He said his name is Investigator Fairborn calling about an pending compaint of alleged fraud that was filed. Said he will be turing over to my county.

my mom got this call. Said he was investigator Fairborn and a complaint will be filed attached to my name and SS#. Said it was being filed in Niagara County. Where's that? Also I was advised.
Filed my own complaint with FBI internet fraud department and state attorney general.

The same person got me. He said his name is Mr. Fairborn. I even set up payments. I have paid out 900.00 I know i have never in my life had a online loan in this amount. But he had all of my personal info. So i thought it was legit. now i believe its a scam. i cant get mr. fairborn to answer are return my call. Is there anything i can do too get my money back and have them arrested.

Did you pay them anything? if so was you able too get your money back.
