I received a call from them twice I called back the number a woman picked up the phone and said disregard the call she dialed the wrong number.

Dan from Barkely's. Says he will send my president an email, but never does.

calld me today and told me i hava a ira with them told them i would go tom there office but told its better to e mail them that their office do not let clients in

From Barclays Capital. Anyone that calls from the company will show up as that number. If you call back you get the main switchboard.

Totally a scam! Do not give out any info.

I've had this number call me a few times.. sometimes it's dead air. This time he tried to tell me a $999 transaction was pending, fraud on my card and they were gonna cancel the card and reissue a new one. I get push notifications for every transaction on my card THIS IS A SCAM. I told him he was wasting my time and hung up on him.

Indian dude with thick accent calling from "Barclays Card" to confirm a "suspicious transaction with ebay using your Barclays Card." Well, this little curry-breath [***] dummy failed to realize I have ZERO credit cards, period. Total effing scam. Losers.

Male Foreign accent, not overly thick,  calling from Barclays Card to confirm suspicious transaction from some named individual. Against my normal suspicious nature, he was successful enough (seemed to know about a few pending transactions) that I did the NEVER-DO of giving a code received on phone. My password got changed behind my back quick, thankfully I was online the account at the time, to see the password change email at which point I immediately changed it to something new, and locked the cards, called Barclays to get new cards ordered.  Hopefully no further downstream impacts.
