Caller ID came up as doubleclick

I got a call from this number and no one left a message.

I kept getting calls and called back - it belongs to the Small Business Expo having their expo soon in NYC.  You can call them from the number they reached you on, and ask to be put on the Do Not Call List they have, FYI.

I received four calls in a row and they did not leave a message which doesn't make any sense coming from a business. I for one let calls from unknown numbers go to voicemail and return them after.

I've gotten these calls, too.  They keep wanting my email, and since I don't give it to them, they send to some of the role email accounts (info, support, etc).  Very persistent folks.  It's supposed to be free, but can't those clueless jerks realize that if you're not interested to leave you alone?

These pricks called with a sales pitch for a company I closed in 2008. The telemarketer couldn't be interrupted and hung up on me after making his pitch for the Small Business Expo. I called back and had them remove me from the list. Less than 10 minutes later, they called with the same pitch again. I asked the guy about having not been removed and he hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor, company name and corporate number. He said no to all requests for information. I called 212.404.2345 and discussed this with a lady there. She put me on hold until a lady picked up and asked if it was Eric. I said no, and she hung up on me. I called back and had a chat with the lady that answered the phone. These people are like a fan: the suck and blow all at once.

They call and ask for me by name. Then ask if I will be selling my home or anyone near me is selling their home. They mention the street I live on but not my address. Wonder how they got my info.
