Scam - tried to get me to allow him to sign on to my computer saying he was "Jake" with windows technologies. Clearly looking to get personal information. I told him to tick the box on his form that says "Individual is not a F***ing Idiot" and he hung up on me. Reported to the national fraud center.

they called me too and I made the mistake of letting him into my computer any ideas as to what they will do or how to correct my mistake

Received a call from the same number as Tiny Rage above. Only this person said his name was 'Rick'.
I just put the phone receiver down. Let him stew. Then he phoned another number at this same address and again tortured the pronunciation of the same last name.

No VM

He called. He's quite foolish. Don't know his name. It went something like this...I played ignorant. Said I don't know much about my computer. Told him that I have porn that I cannot have affected. Then played with his mind. Then he got all flustered and told me where to go!

He just called me trying to say he was from Microsoft technical support. When I told him that I had never regustored with Microsoft and thought it was very strange. I told the person to give me their number so I could call them and he hung up on me. DON'T GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER.

Just received call. Bad English and rude. Asked for us by name (we are listed so no surprise there). I said they had a wrong number and they confirmed my telephone number with me and proceeded to ask about my home computer. I said again it was a wrong number, he got mad and said he confirmed my number and I said, "yes, but no one by the name you requested is here" and he got flustered said ignored that and asked again if I had a home computer. I said yes and he told me that he was from Microsoft Windows and they had gotten a report that my computer was uploading malicious content to the internet. I said "I don't even have windows, Im on a mac" and the line went dead.

  Female phoned & saod she was from microsoft windows & tha somebody was trying to hack into my computer. Told her there was nothing wrong with my computer & hung up. She phoned back again & same results i hung up on her again. She phoned back third time & said i would be charged 900.00 dollars if did not do as she says.Then she reaaly got mad & called me a mother f----- I TOLD HER TO GO SCREW HERSELF & HUNG UP.
