I had calls from this number 10+ times over a two month period.  I never answer, letting it go to voicemail.  They never leave a message.  I answered today and the guy says "wrong number."  I called back and asked why they were calling.  They get some smooth talking salesman on the line to try to send me info.  I ask to be taken off the list and he hangs up on me.

Casimir Capital was under a two year plus investigation by the NASD (Feb 3, 2005 to May 30, 2007) for unusual sales practices and telemarketing fraud relating to securities business. The owner feels that the rules and regs do not apply to him. The SEC and the NASD have been aware of this situation for a very long time and have done nothing. They fired their Chief Compliance Officer in February 2005 because he advised senior management that he was going to file a 3070 report as required. He was doing his job and got fired for it at will. Last I heard, he was still waiting for his wrongful termination Arbitration hearings....That was in November 2007.
