Received a call at 6:30 am claiming there was a problem with my computer

This call comes up with an ID Aramburo  Ana M

Said they were calling about Windows 7 and software problems from the Tech Department.  Sounded like an Indian accent.  Told them since came up with an individual name, not a company, I would deal with my tech person who installed it.  

Keep receiving calls from this person.  7:00 am and after 9:00 pm asking about computer problems.  The calls are very annoying and I want this person to stop calling my house.  As soon as I ask questions they hang up.  Ana  m Aramburo

They want to get access to your computer.  They will probably get it from the elderly.  I played with them for awhile for fun and then told them I was with law enforcement and they then decided to hang up. :-)

I received a call at 10:30 a.m. Yesterday and it was not answered so I'm not worried that they got anything from me, tried to call it back got nothing except some sound that made me update my privacy control.

Also got a call about my Windows computer. This is a known scam so I played along for a while until I got bored and hung up. Caller ID said "Aramburo Ana M"

They call all the time about something to do with my computer and Windows.  I told them they had called me 10 times that day and he said only 8!!!  Really annoying.

Got a call from this number saying they were with the Tech department.  I asked what Tech Department?  They said they were calling about errors in my windows operating system.. I asked What errors?  They said that I was connected to the windows server and was getting errors.  I started laughing and he said you use windows, right.  My response, 90% of computers do so you only have a 10% chance of being wrong.  Come on, your not even trying, there is no such thing as a windows server.  Is that the best you've got.  I kept laughing and he started yelling and hung up.
This is a scam.  Don't share any information.

Called again tonight!!

This call is about "trouble with my computer".  Always comes from a different number.  This one is registered to an Ana Aramburo

They called today for the second time. There was a short delay from an autodialer before "Edward" with an Indian accent answered & told me he was with the Tech Dept & wanted to help me with a computer problem. I said I didn't believe him & hung up.

Caller said she would like to talk to me about my windows computer, when I told he I already told her to never call me again she said "shut up, shut your f$&@/#%g mouth" I told her to do the same and never call here again. And hung I hung up.

Keep getting calls, most recently at 10pm tonight. Caller id only reads New York, NY. When I answer there is no one there. Very annoying.

This is starting to become harassment.  They call numerous times a day and after the first few calls where he told me he was lying to me and called me names after I wouldn't give him the information he wanted and told him to never call back, now the calls are either like no one is there or I get a stream of very nasty words. I'm looking for someone to report them to as we are on the do not call list, and I told him that.

Although this is clearly a scam... you may want to check your statement 'there is no such thing as a windows server'
Most web hosting companies offer windows servers and lots of businesses also have them in their offices as well as some home users...

Has anyone else registered any domain names recently? I've been getting calls ever since! - This may be where they're getting the number from...

Did not register any domain names. Just received a call - didn't answer, never will.

Got a call just now, also registered a domain name a few days ago. Call was silent though.

If it really is a Windows tech support trick then do they really think that people who register domain names are going to be easy targets?
