THIS IS A SCAM.  I am Chad Heckman, Florida licensed attorney.  Callers from this number are impersonating lawyers from Heckman LAW GROUP (heckmanlawgroup.com) and using my firm's name by stating they are "Heckman LEGAL SERVICES" or using the real firm name to harass people and try to force them to pay debts they don't owe.  Heckman LAW GROUP is not affiliated with Heckman LEGAL SERVICES.  www.heckmanlawgroup.com is my firm's legitimate website.  We are working to determine who these people are and put a stop to it.

Creditor's rights?  Looks like you are a debt collecting attorney, assuming you really are an attorney.  Thanks for identifying your scummy company for us and that they are using this phone number to harass people.

They’re still using the same number 213-210-2642 and now calling themselves Ellman & Associates. The are using the same scheme- first having a fake process server call with a case number. You call and reach the “legal department” of Ellman & Associates and speak with a woman using the name Wendy Morgan. They send you a fake document from
clientservices@legalconsolidation.com. They are continuing to do the same scam that Heckman notes above. They use multiple numbers. Let them know you are fully aware it’s a scam and not to contact you anymore.

I received a call from Wendy Morgan now stating with Barker and Associates and that I am going to be sued for a bill I do not owe from a company I never owed a bill to.  I will give it to them they are good and try to scare the crap out of you.  She got defensive on the phone when I asked her to verify her company since she wanted me to verify myself. This woman got my information from my elderly mother that she called.  While on the phone with her I had my daughter try and call the Barker and Associates listed in California in which she stated Los Angelas.  The phone number was different and the company said that they have not been Barker and Associates for more than a year now. The threat she made of having a civil suit pressed against me was not appreciated.  To ensure that I was correct that it was a scam I contacted the company that she said I had an outstanding bill with and they searched for any information with my name, phone number and the last 4 digits of the card number that Wendy Morgan said she was referencing.  It was verified that I do not owe that company any money.  These people should be prosecuted.
