This number has called three times in the last month.  The number is supposedly from the Metropolitan Water District (MWD.)  That's the wholesale water supplier here in Southern California.  They never leave a message except today they left a one second silent message.  I would think if it's from the MWD they would leave a message but they never do.

Got this one today too. No message left. We are not even in an area served by the MWD, so there'd be no reason for us to get a call from them. A spoofed CID obviously.

I do not even pick up calls from numbers that I am not familiar with. I write down the numbers. Every 2 weeks I go to TMC on line and key in the numbers. TMC has a service where I can block numbers. It works.

The caller, Out of area ( displayed as ID on our phone ), called us @1012, 06.16.2015. We opted not to answer so the actual caller will not get credit or payment from employer.
When I returned the call hiding my name, I received messages: " We are sorry, the person is not available, please try later" or " please enter a message or pressed 5 to remove from calling list.".

The caller, Out of area ( displayed as ID on our phone. ), called us @ 12:37 noon, 07.20.2015.We opted to not answer unknown or unwanted call, Later I returned the call hiding my number, a lady answer said : " some one used this number." But when I received  call from this number 06.16.2015, 10:12 A. M. It asked me to press # 5 to remove my number
According www.800notes.com. this unwanted number been used since 05.01.2015.

I returned the call around 18:55, my phone company's message indicated this number is not in service.. According www.800notes.com above, thousands of people reported this unwanted call since 03.26.2015.
Caller: CALIFORNIA. The caller, Anaheim CA ( displayed as ID on our phone. ) called us @ 13:24, 07.22.2015. According www.800notes.com, 7 people already received this unwanted call ahead of us, but no time & date mentioned.
The caller used the following numbers & CALIFORNIA as id to call people randomly. I hope FCC or FTC can stop them
