This number is obviously used for mutiple scams.  My call was from someone with an Indian accent tellng me that there was a problem with my computer and offering to help me.  I've already received a dozen such calls.

Called at 6:30 am and left no message

Called 903a mst Fri 4 Dec. Rang 4 times. Did not answer. No voice mail.

Call received today at 9:54, no message left.

Automated message saying I won a cruise or a trip or something. I hung up before I listened to the details. Obviously spam.

Call from 1-213-217-9999 .  Caller ID was '17707497461'.  A quick pick up and hangup is all I give these scammers.  Checked 800 Notes and blocked.

Stayed on line to be asked to be removed from call list.   Call disconnected before a person answered.  I get this call from various numbers all over the U.S.  Recording says I can lower my interest rate.

Bozos called early today. Didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.

called my cell phone, which is on DNC lista,d rarely used to make calls on. No message.

Caller ID shows this number (215-883-4308) as the identity of caller, but phone number reads 213-217-9999. If you're blocking calls, make sure to block both numbers. Caller left no message.

Strange... I've never been in a Best Buy store. My guess is that its robo dialed and just hit and miss.

This number called but didn't recognize it and it wasn't local so didn't answer.  They left no message so came here to check them out.  Adding them to my block list so the phone won't ring if they call back.  Thank goodness for call blocking apps!

Total scammer advising they were offering a free trip with hotel for up to 4 guests.  Only thing I needed to do was provide a valid credit card information.

Scammers.

I wasn't in Best Buy, but I was in WalMart yesterday picking up a ship-to-store purchase,. Used my ipod to show the clerk the email received. Bingo!
