I also received a text from this number, he identified himself as "Mike" and said he was a real estate investor looking for off-market properties.

I also received this message from this number, sounded suspicious.

Yup - same here - spam - delete!

Got the same text as above. Michael and he is a real estate investor and syndicator.  Very sketchy.

Alas, I too got a text from this guy. saying he is a real estate investor and syndicator  who was trying to liquidate a property and could I help.

I too received the same message from Michael:

Yes I just got text from: Michael Active investor wanting to liqidate a property in the area. Was I interested?  I said not at this time!  As it was suspicious to me as well. He said he wanted a serious firm and did I work alone??? or as a team? I then asked him about his property and no reply back?

I just received this same text message yesterday. Glad I checked the number and found this info.

 Unwanted Text Messages

Forward unwanted text messages to 7726 so that carriers will block them. Some carriers do not accept that code and if that is the case then contact your carrier about how to block unwanted text messages, however 7726 is accepted in the US, Canada, and Great Britain. Also, never, ever click on a link in a text message as it will probably install something nasty to your phone that you really will not want to deal with and never, ever respond to one because lets them know that they have a good number with someone on the other end.  It will result in more calls and texts.
