Calls when I'm not home. Never leaves message. I called back and "John" said they represent a number of non profits.  He asked if I just got a call, and I said, No I got a hang-up and that's what I'm going to do now.

Called my cell.  Talked to "Scott" from "Public Outreach"... they confirmed the number (they gave it to me-- caller ID I guess-- I didn't give it to them) and then said "just a moment" and I hit dead air.  Hung up after 15 seconds.  Would rather spend time writing this up than waiting for who knows who.

Adding them to my blocklist.

I should specify that the first time they called me, it was a hangup.  I called them back and that's when the above happened.

Called my cell phone, no message.

This number calls my cell phone every day between noon and 4pm. Never leaves a message.

Called me twice, I picked up the second time to an ambiguous voice message telling me to press 2 to accept call.
