Mr Jackson from "keegan legal" keeps harassing my place of work and cell phone claiming to be a Lawyer. He keeps telling me he is going to serve me at my place of work for not paying a bill from 2008. He is telling me I need to pay $3000. This guy is a fraud!

Same people calling about a payment he says he from the legal office that I need to make a payment by 3:00 (213) 286-0705

HE GIVES YOU ALL THE INFO HE IS LEGALLY SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE TO "COLLECT DEBT"
WARNING: HE IS A SCAMMER!!!!!! I'VE CONTACTED MY BANK AND FTC TO REPORT THIS FRAUD. THE MORE PEOPLE THAT CONTACT THE FTC THE MORE LIKELY THIS "COMPANY" WILL BE CAUGHT, ARRESTED, AND SUED.

There is no need to post in all caps since that is considered rude and shouting.  It does not give you credibility, but actually does the opposite.  Now the proper place to file complaints, and the information you were trying to convey is as follows:
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

More than one call from this number to more than one of my phone numbers.  Others report collection calls from this number, but in my case no messages are left.
