It was a female...said something like Parker and ??  Sounds like one of those "I'm a lawyer" routines.  She had my name incorrect, so I said she had the wrong number.

I got the same call said something like Parker and  ??. He mispronounced my name.  I told him you got the wrong number. He asked if I know that person, I said no and that was a lie.

Just received a call from this number at my work.  A male, Tyler think, stated he is calling me about a loan that was taken out in my name in 2012.  Company name given is Parker Fellows and Smith.    First off, for any debt collection in Washington State, they must be licences in Washington State.

Even if the loan was originally valid, they made it invalid by violating the collection laws in the State of Washington.  They will also threaten jail time if you don't pay which is a violation of the FTC laws.  I have been dealing with this for several years and I have repeatedly stated that the loan is illegal as I never took it out.  The loan was made further invalid as they threatened me with jail time which rendered any loan invalid at that time.  If you ever get a call from Parker Fellows and Smith, know that they will take on illegal loans and even if the loan itself is legal, their tactics will render most illegal.  I would file a complaint with the FTC on this company.

Got a call from a Evon. To call another number 888-550-3813 some Law Firm Parker Fellows and Smith. Called me by name. Beware for if you called by 213-293-3908m to call another number 888-550-3813, beware.......

Same as posted on this site, Parker Fellows and Smith, had the wrong address, hung up on them. Called the number back and a "gate-keeper dog" answered.

Keep getting a call says its from LA but never leaves a msg.

Parker, Fellows and Smith are at it again. They originally called me back in Dec. 2016 tried to set up a payment plan with me for a loan with Radiant Cash that I paid 1750.00 on a 500.00 dollar loan on and said I owed 408.00 dollars more. I thought to get rid of them I will agree to it but then started researching this company and concluded they were debt scammers and changed my account number so they couldn't get a dime. I have since received calls from California and lately from NH area codes that I did not answer until the other day when I thought the call might be from a friend of mine from NH. They told me they were Parker Fellows and Smith and I told them I wanted paper work before I agreed to anything I did not do business over the phone because it could be anybody calling. They sent me an e-mail that had no verifying information on it just an account number and amounts that included penalty fee's they cannot legally get paid. Pennsylvania this loan is illegal for two reasons One it is a payday loan which is illegal in Pennsylvania and the other is that this loan was in violation of Pa.s 6% interest as this would be over 300% if I paid the claim. I am only morally obliged to pay back the principal which I more than did paying out 1750.00 before I retracted the ACH.  Legally I had no obligation to pay one dime of it back because it was an illegal loan. In addition to 213-293-3908, they may call you from 603-504-3505, there may be others I just haven't answered them. But it seems this company was once Peak Financial Services and did the same thing they are now which probably is why the name change.
