I had this missed call this morning. . .figured it's probably a political call since it's GOP season in the state this week (Iowa).  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

Me, too.  I am guessing unwanted GOP political messages.

Answered the cell phone it was silent then they hanged up.

Same thing, have an Iowa number, called back from a different number, some recording, says his name is Robert, and I can win tickets to some event this weekend if I text the correct answer back.

I live in Iowa and have no reason to receive a call from California.  I screen unknown numbers, and no message was left when it rolled over to voicemail.

I'm in Iowa (Quad Cities) and do have friends in California but wasn't any of their numbers so I didn't answer.

had the call and number was working on computer and could not get to phone by time it was hung up.  no message to my voice mail.  no repeat call.  figure it was someone fishing or scam artist or robo political straw poll.  Hey, maybe it was Colbert's Tomorrow Tomorrow SuperPac calling for votes for Parry?

I answered. It's a recording. He says his name is Robert & something about "are you tired of..."
I hung up before it finished, but I'm guessing it was a political type call.

Same thing here. I did not answer because I did not recognize the number. Did not leave a message. Sounds like a scam. First time I used this sight. I like it. Too bad there wasn't away to check on phone calls that come across unknown.

I have an Iowa cell phone but don't live there. Got a call from this number at 1:33pm today. Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Getting sick of these odd-ball calls!

Live in IA ...missed this call tried to look up in reverse number lookup and it said it was a land line Strange.
