keep calling my job

I have received calls from this guy going by the name of alex john and also said his name was kevin johnson and davidjohnson and yesterday the same person with the heavy thick indian accent said his name was james brown and to call his manager alex johnson. I say this is a scam I don't know how they got my information they said I applied for a loan and i never received a loan from anybody i don't even have direct deposit are these people serious I have 2 small kids to worry about and they over here scaring me talking about they are going to call the police on me and that they have a lawsuit against me I never received any papers stating that I had to go to court for nothing.;

its a scam-give them no info and just tell them you know its a scam and you have reported them to your local authorities and the FBI. They are idiots just trying to scam hard working folks out of their money. they need to get a real job!!

I got a call several times from this same number saying that I had took out a pay day loan and that
I owe $300 too he said his name was alex johnson and one time when i was away from my desk at work
they called left a message with my co-worker and said tell her james brown called and to call his manager alex johnson I was dying when I heard that james brown come on he's dead let him rest in peace come on

I had Alex keep calling my job and he cursed me. He said that he was some federal investigations department and a warrant was going to be issued for my arrest. He also kept calling my job after I told him not to. He called atleast 6 times back to back. I need the name of the company that he is calling from because I want them shut down. His english is horrible.

Just received a phone call from john smith telling me that I took out a payday loan thru cashnet usa and that they have filed a lawsuit against me in CA and a warrant has been issued for my arrest and a us marshall will be coming to my job to pick me up! ha ha ha..... I told him he was full of [***] and not to call my phone again and hung up. he called back about 8 times until I finally answered. He hung up so this time I called them back and another john smith answers the phone, I explained to him what the other guy said and told him that I had cashnet usa on the other line and they said they have no info on me! Then he says the other john was mistaken that it is another company. He threatened to call my employer so I dared him to call a military installation with their BS. I explained to him that I know he bought my SSN for $25 online and that I was recording the call and if anyone else named john smith calls my phone from this company I will be reporting them to the BBB, FBI, my state representative,and the local police department! His exact words were, "What a f****** B****!" before he hung up... Gotta love em

this number has been calling me every few days for a few weeks and today "Jack Watson" finally leaves a message saying (in a heavy Indian accent) that I owe from a payday loan from July 2011 and the company has a lawsuit against me.  Riiiight.  He said his company had proof that they deposited into my account and I told him that I could prove they didn't and if they wanted to try to sue me I'd happily see him in court with all my banking records.  I mean seriously?  How easy is to call your bank and have them verify that a deposit wasn't made?  He ended the conversation abrubtly and hung up on me.  LoL then I go to lunch and have two missed calls fromn the number and another vm saying that he's calling from a lawyers office and if I don't retunr the call then all he could tell me was good luck!  I called back and told him that I had already spoke to him and that I told him I'd see him in court and why was he calling me again.  He apologized and said he'd inform his "coworkers" not to call me anymore.  Riiiiight lol.  Too dam much...

I just recieved a call from Alex stating that I owed them $300.00 for a payday loan that I never took.I called them back and asked them to lose all my information or I would turn them over to the Trade Commision, they hung up on me.

My experience with this company is the same as the rest. I will be reporting them!

I just received several calls from a man at the number 213-293-6077 who barely spoke English stating he was with some law firm and that I had taken out a $300.00 loan online and that there were complaints against me for not paying it back.  I NEVER took out such loan.  When I told him that he got nasty with me and called me a fraud and a cheat and hung up on me.  So, I  called back to try to get more information and he got nasty again annd called me names again and hung up.  This guy had all my personal information.... which is very scary.  He has messed with the wrong woman!!  I will be calling him again.

Everyone's experience is the exact same with me. I agree with Laurie, I will be calling again and bothering him as well. This is nonsense and I can't believe that they can get away with this! Crazy!
