called me leaving a message saying i was being sued and they were serving me legal papers gave me a ny=umber and a claim number called it back some guy answered put me on hold for like 5 minutes came back and said i was being sued and they were putting a judgement against me for a old hospital bill from 9 years ago said the bill was 3000 but they had added interest and penalties and it was 6500 now. but had no info on who was in hospital i told him i had never been admitted to that hospital . He never asked for a address like the voice mail said I told him i would be calling my attorney the guy got rude and hung up total scam i went to the court house and looked up the number they gave me came back with nothing

Have received many of these calls so picked phone up mid-message and she hung up. Called number back and got message to leave name and phone # which I, obviously, did not do. Just left message stating I was reporting them online and to not call again.

Being sued and I refused to sign for the paper work. Never got "served". Said to call in 2 hrs or legal action will take place. Said they were from xps (?).

Already posted b/4 Yvone. Could not clearly hear the so called company name. May have been XPS not XTS. Was not very clear...

I received a call to call this number 213 293 8518 is not they are going to sue me

A woman called my job from an anonymous number asking to speak a manager. She was transferred to me and luckily the call was for me. She stated that the call was for (Adrine) me and they needed to deliver a summon for her to appear in court. They want her to call back so that she can verify the correct address where the summon should be delivered instead of work so that it would not interfere with her work. The woman to me to have her call back within 2 hours.

A few minutes later I called back and they didn't answer, so I called back again and someone by the name of Mark answered stating he was representing Robertson & Associates. He said I was being sued for unpaid medical bills from a known hospital. He then verified my full social and even had my correct address, employer and work number. I recorded the whole conversation. He asked me what I wanted to do to take care of it and I said I would do nothing about it. He then said that I live in a garnish able state and his client can be granted wage garnishment from my monetary compensation which is my salary.

Does this seems correct? I live in FL, is it a possible scam call?

The call you have described would make me highly suspicious.

It's completely fake. They don't CALL to let you know about summons-they just show up and would HAVE all the info beforehand
