Yes I receveid a call from there yesterday, it's microsoft from Delaware, telling that we have a problem with our computer ????

Received similar message about infection in my computer.  A 'technician' offered to clean it but the procedure would involve giving control of my computer.  This sounds like a real scam.  Best avoid.

this is definitely a scam. report number to appropriate authority.

On my called id the number just showed 0.  So I decided to answer it and see who it was.  I was told I had a $300 credit coming to me. Wanted access to my computer.  Asked them to send a check, said they couldn't because it was paid through computer.  Knew right then it was a scam.  Said give me a phone number to call back as my computer was not at my house.  The number they gave me: 213-457-3266.  I didn't bother calling back.

calling from microsoft to help repair my computer. wanted me to go to www.peamviewer.com   the caller said he was Chris Watson  the supervisor he was very hard to understand . it seemed to be a scam to get control of my computer.
