Persistent calls and messages to contact them about lowering my credit card rate -- but no information about who they are or which credit company they represent.

Recording advised name was Heather, my account is ok and if interested in lowering the interest rate on credit card, press 1.  Pressed 1 and phone rang continously until disconnected.  When call back, some recording about intended to reach businesses and if you have been called in error, press 1 to be removed from our list.  Does not identify who they are or what company they represent.

received a call from 2135047002.  prerecorded message about lowering my CC interest rate.  No detail as to which credit card company.  Press 1 to speak to someone about lowering my rate, or 2 to disconnect.  I pressed 1 so that I could find out which company the call was from, as the company called a work cell.  When the nice sounding woman came online and asked if I hit 1 to lower my rate, I responded professionally, and said, yes, but not to lower my rate.  I wnated to know hwich company it was.  With that, she hung up.

Automated offer to lower interest rates.  Gives the option to press "0" to speak to a live person to take "advantage" of this offer.  When you do it disconnects. Imagine that.
