IRS phone scam... this number to call back they say in recorded message   213 509 2406

Saying that they are from the IRS. The IRS will never call you, especially on your phone. They will only contact you through the mail. This is a scam.

They left a voice message stating they were from IRS.

Scam !!    Stated the IRS are suing me,  Please beware........

Robotic voice message saying I need to call with a case number. Sounds like a scam.

Left a voicemail stating to call back this number. Called back and told the guy on the other end that I received a missed call from this number. He asked if I had a pen and paper and I said, "No, what is this regarding?" He asks me again if I had a pen and paper. I said no, I want to know what this is regarding. He says there's a lawsuit that has been filed against me. I said for what and he wouldn't tell me. I asked to speak to his supervisor or someone else and he gave me my number and said to call my boss.....WTF?!@# I called back cause he hung up on me and he put me on hold then hung up about a min later. SCAM!!

Has called 5 times today alone. Saying IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. Scam. And annoying.
