    I get calls from this number about 4-5 times per week. They always say that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and that i need to return the call immediately. I called the number back about 40 times until someone answered and said "you mudd [***] you, you stop call, you mudda [***]" - seems to be an indian/asian dialect.

    Was the number rerouted to an unknowing party? How does this scam work?
