"Have a blessed day" is the closing some SCAMMERS use.  IF there was a real problem, you, would be served with a summons without warning.

The English is not very convincing - "region attorney"??

This is a scam. I received a message today that was identical to the one written above. Literally word for word. I called them back and they wouldn't tell their name and kept asking for personal information.  Definitely a scam.

I received the same message as Thomas above, defiantly a spam-scam  phisher,
as we can see

Exact same message I received definitely one of the Indian accent scammers lurking for a prey!
