the phone number is unknown to me and has called my residence

The phone # is unknown to me and has called my residence.  I called back to see who it was and I got a speed dial sound of several #'s like it was trying to call someone.

this phone # called my cellphone. When i answered there was somebody there but the person did not say anything. Then I called back and the phone was answered but they would not speak. This is freaking me out.

Call was made to 615-841-3499 Caller ID was Nataya

I called the number and it is weird and does not answer and makes noises like it is dialing a number while I am on the phone.  I hung up and then I Googled the number and got a page that says a lot of other people are having the same problem.
