Caller ID displayed the name "NATAYA".Individual calling claimed he worked for Home Owner Credit Repair in Santa Anna, CA. Claimed he could increase my credit score for"FREE", but he needed to verify my info and for security purposes verification of the last 4 digits of my SS#. The number he gave me was wrong. He then asked for my correct SS# and when I refused to disclose it, he disconnected. Apparently this is a scam to obtain SS #'s for possible identity theft.

When the phone rang, it identified 213-542-1871 as the number and the name Nataya. I picked up, responded Hello, but there was no reply within 5 seconds, so I hung up.

I received a phone call at 11:48 CST from 213-542-1871 and was very unhappy about it.  My family was asleep and it woke us up. When the phone rings at that time of the night it scares you thinking something is bad wrong! I hope you read these comments "NATAYA!"  It's a really good thing we didn't answer the phone or you would have an earful!!!!  From what I am reading you are a scam and you need to leave us alone as we are turning you in!!!!

ID said Nataya. an with English as a second language took few seconds to talk, wanted to send "financial" information. When I said I didn't have fax or email he gave up. Glad there is a post to confirm my suspicion. I tried to waste as much of his time as I could!

call was received by another person asking for me on Mar 10 '09, at 4:41 pm, live person said she would call back in the morning - no other message. There is a Los Angeles fashion company with a 213 area code called "NATAYA", though I doubt that was it.

A few minutes ago I received a phone call from NATAYA, with the number 213-542-1871.  I answered and said "hello" four times.  After getting no response I googled the number and found this site.  How do we stop them from calling and being predatory?

I receioved a call from NATAYA 213-542-1871 a few minutes ago.  I said "hello" four times.  After I got no answer, I hung up and then googled the number.  I tried calling back, but it was busy.  I would like this predatory caller stopped NOW.  SOmeone should be able ti disconnect this number due to harrassment.
