No VM or information on this caller. Just call 2 or 3 times a day

I just received a call from this number 2135501066 then they told me to call another number 877-439-0332 with a code.  So i called b/c i was curious they wanted to give me $100 gas card but i had to give the $3.99 for shipping and handling.   I hung up and said their is no way i would give you a credit card number over the phone.  

Has anyone else received a call like this?

i have recieved this call but every time i pick up the phone it says that my phone will not accept calls from their kind of phone or something like that, so basically they keep trying to call me about 3 times a day, but my phone blocks them.

they just keep calling even if I anser there is no-one their.

The same thing just happened-(Get a call from this number, get a 'confirmation code'-- which the caller insisted I 'read back for accuracy', the same with the 'new phone number'  but I haven't called yet.

Now, I'm not going to. It's a scam- no one 'charges you' to get a prize.

I take that back...no one LEGITIMATE 'charges you' to get a prize.
