This number called and did not leave a message.  Caller ID indicates "unavailable" caller. I never answer unavailable calls and always check the number. Have been getting too many of these calls lately.

Called one minute ago; did not leave message.  Caller ID showed "Los Angeles"
Google-ing the number indicated it MIGHT be a pay phone.

I didn't answer it. They didn't leave message. I assume they are thieves. Unknown callers get one chance to leave a message, then I put the number on Digitone call-blocker. Works like a dream: the phone doesn't even ring. Magic. This category I automatically name as FRAUD.

These people, the abusers, don't stop. They don't understand that we, the abused, have tools with which to fight against them, thus preventing them from emptying our bank accounts into theirs. The telephone ain't what it used to be.
