    A friend recieved a call from this number claiming to be IRS, and that she owed $15,000 and was to call that number. She replied that they should mail her the information, and they replied that that information could not be provided by mail.

    IRS Scam. .I do not owe the IRS anything and I would expect if they really needed to get ahold of me they would send a letter not a recorded message.  I am really over these idiots and wish they would get a life

    yes me too.  i have received multiple calls on mutiple numbers always same vm message.  used to be male indian voice now a female generic recorded voice. they need to get a life!!
