    Weird call said they were IRS and o owed money. Had a case file # and badge numbers. The first person, of obvious Indian descent, gave his name as Officer George Smith. B/c I could not understand him I asked for a supervisor. Another gentleman identified himself as an officer and informed I owed $4700. If not paid, they would call to have warrant released for my arrest, officers would come to my house, handcuff me, and I would be in jail at least 48 hours on an "unbailable offense ".
