Caller left a message on my cell phone. The language sounded like Chinese which I don't speak so I have no idea what was being said.

Used Google Translate's audio translation feature and the translation was as follows: "Here is the document of the Chinese consulate informing you that there is an important document that has not been collected."

Original message: "Zhèlǐ shì zhōngguó lǐngshìguǎn wénjiàn tōngzhī nín yǒuyī fēng zhòngyào wénjiàn shàngwèi lǐngqǔ rú yǒu rènhé yíwèn qǐng àn líng yōuhuà yǔ bùmén yuángōng wèi nín cháxún."
