Notice, they have a different number to have you call back. They left a totally different phone number when they talked to my husband about the same "case". They gave him 855-200-6701. Even they can't find out which number to use when scamming people. You can hear other people in the background as if it was a call center so I knew it was a scam immediately! Somehow they are getting information on people. They phone number they called me on is a fairly new phone number that isn't tied to my maiden name so I'm not sure how they are getting this information. All that energy they are putting into trying to scam, people needs to be spent in a real legitimate job. Enough with the bull already!- Caller: Fake Male Caller - Scammer!
- Call type: Scam suspicion

Debt collectors are not legally required to send out a letter until after first contact. They they are required to send one that is postmarked within 5 days of first contact that contains their name and address, the alleged creditor and the amount of the alleged debt, the mini Miranda, and a notification that you can dispute the debt in writing within 30 days of receipt of that dunning or "g" letter.Quote:Here is the voicemail I received from this genius who thinks a debt collector will call you first without trying to send you letters.
