Asian robocaller. Calls my cell constantly and leaves a message that I can't understand.

mr spencer claims to be a publishers clearing house. GD robocaller.

Keeps texting me about "the company" and "they delivered to your house" and won't answer my questions of what company, and what house

Guy called several times to say he had my package. I had an item that was not delivered at Christmas that I was checking on. I guess the guy somehow found out about that or else it was a random act of kindness

Yet you left out the third option which is that he was randomly trying to contact you in the hopes that you had a missing package would gladly pay him money to send it to you which in reality would be illegal.

4 calls in 4 minutes.  4th one left voicemail... they have a package and a new car with registration for me... just need to call back to confirm.  The guy sounded drunk or distracted on vmail.  LOL Not today spammer!
