Getting tired of all the hang ups from this number to I answered it on the first ring.  You could tell it was a telemarketer call because I had to say "Hello" three times before someone came on the line.  The caller identified himself as Jeff with the SCF program.  He had my name and knew the street I lived on...he wanted to know how old my home was and I asked him for the reason he was calling wasting my time.  He said he is calling for the PACE program.  I asked what it was about and he said checking out homes on my street to see if they needed air, heating, new windows, outside paint...etc.  I told him my home didn't need anything, thanked him and hung up...now he is blocked but I have a feeling they are working from many different phone numbers.
