Definitely a scammer trying to extort money from unsuspecting people!!!! Was also told I refused to be served papers and had 2 hours to call back. Was told that I owed money from a credit card bill in 2008.

They called me also and said I owed a $1500 hospital bill from April 2007! No one in my family was in the hospital at that time! SCAM!
He also told me that I had 2 hours to send settlement papers with debit/credit card info within 2 hours!

Also received a call about a supposed old hospital Bill. After questioning him , because of his lack of professionalism and rudeness , he kept trying to say he was getting with his client to settle the dispute. Also stated I refused to sign for legal documents which never happened. He kept trying to confirm info which I refused because of fraud risk and asked him to fax me the info he had. He stated it was my job and I could do the foot work to find out specifics he was trying to "help' me instead of sue me. Once he figured out I wasn't giving him any info he rudely hung up stating he can't wait to see me in court some people like me deserve to be sued.
