Called me twice within 5 minutes and leave no message around lunch time.

I didn't answer the call.
No message was left.

Received 2 call today from this number this morning and after one ring, was hung up on each time.  Blocked this caller.

Called twice. I picked up the second time. It said (I think it was a recording) "Hi this is Todd from GE Home Security. Can you hear me ok?" -- I suspected from the way it was done that it was a recording so I waited to see what it would do. It said something else, then in the exact same tone it repeated the greeting. I think it was trying to confirm that I was a human. I was just loading this page and saw that the number had lots of comments, so I stayed silent and hung up.

"You have been selected to win a free trip to the Bahamas."  Sure.

Two calls, no msgs. Blocked!

Caller ID="UNKNOWN NAME," always a red flag. Robocaller telling me I have won a free cruise to the Bahamas. I don't think so.

So wrong!  Political calls are EXEMPT from the Do Not Call list.  You can still block the calls.

ditto.Exactly same thing happen; got a phone call on my cell, did not answer, then I got a phone call from the same number at work, so I had to answer; hung up on me. Scary.

Missed the call; no message was left.

Left no message.  Could be someone trying to sell a training program since I am looking for work and filled out info on a couple of job boards.  Didn't leave a message.

Los Angeles, CA this morning and no message left.

The usual, didn't answer.  No message.  Caller ID says Los Angeles.

We never answer unknown calls - EVER!  These calls are always scams.
NEVER call these CRIMINALS back!  Calling them back will confirm that you have a working number - a number that can be sold to other CRIMINALS.
BLOCK them if you can.  All modern cell phones have blocking capabilities.
Costco and Amazon sell blocking (land line) telephones made by Panasonic.  Amazon sells blocking devices that can block entire area codes as well as full or partial phone numbers -  the D***tone Call Blocker is highly recommended.  We have both.
Called cell @1:40pm.  BLOCKED FOREVER!

I have to ask...why would you answer the call if you (correctly) knew the call was a scam?
