This is Kenneth Wiley with Lone Star Bank Cards, in Lewisville, TX.  He is attempting to sell you on their credit card merchants agreement, which he says can save you quite a bit in processing fees.  Trouble came when he said he'd have a Rep in the area the next day, and I said I needed to do some research first (as I always prudently do)...  HE HUNG UP ON ME!  What?

This Kenneth Willey called asking if we accept credit cards and then asked for the owner - when i asked what the call was in regards to he chuckled and said "I'm a customer, is that a bad thing" - umm yea busted - none of my customers ask for the owner, they speak to me in regards to credit card PAYMENTS - when i said i would take a message - dead air --- really dude - how unprofessional can you be

Very weird conversation. When I asked if he was selling something he said no. When I pressed him what we could help him with, he hung up on me.

Asked if we took credit cards, would I like to, and if I was the owner. Hung up on me when I told him we're not in business any more.
