Anyone with a claim or complaint ought to list this Howard Stern as an agent for this LLC.  Howard Stern looks like "a person of interest" as they say in this scam.

Most likely the scammers or their owners are actually located in Florida, but using a Texas mailing address to avoid detection & cover their tracks. Because the 1st person I spoke with mentioned he was in Florida, but when I demanded their mailing address, they gave me this PO Box in Dallas, which is what they use as their mailing address...Probably a box at a UPS Store or Post Office. I also questioned why if he was in Florida was he calling me from a Texas phone number...The excuse was that they have multiple offices & calls are re-routed. It's all such a crock of SH*T.

Melissa is a FRAUD!   Stern & Associates are a  FRAUD.
Predatory Collection is a stain  on our society.  And the morons on the end of the phone are power-starved turds that dont deserve to live.

How stupid people can be? They call me today to tell me I got some "cash advance" from ACE (A Cash Express) in my town. First we don't have this type of stores in my town, second I just refinanced my house and got credit cards recently. How could I refinance my mortgage or be approved for credit if I had some kind of loan out there? Besides I check my credit report quite often.

Follow Up: The last time we spoke with "Stern & Associates", they told us that since we were being "uncooperative" & "refusing to resolve the matter voluntarily" (simply because we asked for some type of written documentation from them), they were going to go ahead & "sign off" on the account & then I would be receiving legal documents & criminal charges within 18 days. Well here it is 2 months later, & we have no documents, no calls, no sheriffs banging on our door. In the meantime, we actually called the county in which we live, the city, & the state, as well as Dallas county & the state of Texas....No record of any "charges", & in fact no record of a "Stern & Associates" in Dallas. So we call them back with all of this info, & now they want to cut the conversation short, saying that since they "signed off" on my case file, they cannot legally discuss it & have no record....WHAT BS.
