Caller I.D. showing only, "WIRELESS CALLER". Did not pick up, no message left.

You sure about that Caller ID?  Mine showed "WIRELESS CALLIN".

Bob, you were right - I mis-read the Caller I.D. display. It did indeed read "WIRELESS CALLIN". Sorry about the mixup.

My daughter and I were on a road trip, my phone kept ringing with numbers I didn't know.  The robos and telemarketers are driving us all nuts.  Anyway I kept rejecting the calls.  No message was left, the number is now blocked... for all the good that does.

A computer generated voice said it was a "political survey" I hung up.

Said they were Rasmussen survey.  Automatic questions and answers.  Hung up when they got into financial yes and no questions.

Scammers.

Call at 8 pm. # was already blocked. Listed elsewhere as Rasmussen survey whatever. Blah blah and blah.  Another useless robo call. ID was “Wireless Callin” as noted in a previous post.

I have been a "senior citizen" for awhile and I am grateful for C/ID so I can ignore calls I do not recognize.  Years ago we didn't know who was calling unless we answered.

Just hang up on those intrusive calls.

If you don't recognize a number just assume it's a robo caller. You'll be right most of the time.

The fact that you answered tells them they can call again. Those kinds of people are intrusive criminals and they couldn't care less about you.

214-283-1316 unknown caller, so never answer or call back. If you answer and "opt out", they will mark you as a "live line" and continue to call and add to distributed spammer call lists. Simply DO NOT ANSWER.  If it's important or legitimate, they'll leave a voicemail and/or you can google the # after if worried you missed something real (not bloody likely).
