This number has called me at least 3 times a week the past two weeks. No message.

Received a phone call on my cell from this number.  I didn't answer, but did call back.  It went straight to a directory that told you to dial a name, i pressed 0 and got a hold of a woman, who's voice sounded strangely similar to voicemails i have been receiving, off and on for a year now.  I asked first who this company was, the woman said they were a law firm..." Chambers, Patterson and Maxwell out of Georgia.  Then preceeded to tell me i had charges against me and their client (Cash Net) was the company.  She stated my drivers license # and last four of my social.  Scary as that is, i never said that was mine or not.  I asked her what all this was, she said a civil suit against me...and that if i didn't validate it  (lol really) their would be a charge of theft against me for fraud....ok get it straight which is it??  I said why didn't you send paperwork, she said they did on March 12...um no never received any paperwork...then she began to tell me about a loan, that wasn't paid back.  She said they would sopoena (not sure how to spell that) bank of america for my records, i havent banked their since 2006 or 07... they said they had charges against in Collin County.    I hung up...
By the way....the reference # they gave me is the same for the following numbers which have called....

two different men have called with the same voice but different names...

This is a scam...if you see these numbers come up, ignore them.

This is another scam artists saying the exact same line they use calling from other local phone numbers.

"This message is intended for _______, This is Shane Wright Investigator for CMP. Theres a civil matter in our office with your name and social security number. Your case is scheduled to go to the review board. If you or your attorney would like to place a statement before decision is rendered. Please do not hesitate to contact our legal department immediately in reference to file #_____or press any key now to be connected to the point."

I got the exact same voice mail as Annoyed Texas, Sites like this are so helpful thank you to everyone who posts here, it really put my mind at ease knowing it was fake and not real.

If you get one of these calls call Chambers Patterson and Maxwell at 1-877-484-6071 and file a formal complaint.

Not really sure if this is the correct place to comment. Received call for my daughter from Shane Wright at a different phone number.  510-401-1679 in California. Stated he was with CMP and she must call at once about a civil matter.If you call the number a recorded message says the number is not set up to receive calls.

Who is this??  They call at least once a day though when you call back. There is no one there or they get real nasty with you.  I have no civil cases pending and am a senior citizen.  I have contacted the Dallas Tx police department and they will look into this matter.

Unknown caller..No operator,,Dial by name..Got 1 person on a recording,,Says he is a Investigation dept..I hear alot of phones and people talking in the background...Left no voice mail..............SCAM!

HA! Funny, they constantly call me, I blocked the number, however I can still listen to the blocked voice mails.
The number they are calling me from is:

And the person calling is "Stacy Moore" however if you do the "Directory" there is no Stacy Moore, or at least i could not find the persons directory.
Funny this is they keep leaving a message for a "Danielle" however, my name is not Danielle or anything remotely close to it. It is so annoying!!
