We recognized this as a nuisance call from the beginning. Just found out how to block the number.
Tried *60, no go...that works for standard phone line. Our fiber optic line (AT&T) uses *61 to block calls. As far as I know, it blocks the most recent incoming number.
Numbers on block list will get a busy signal next time calling.
The "Navient" msg didn't bother me, but my husband's blood pressure elevated every time he heard that msg. That's criminal negligence in my book, but that's another issue.
Oh, that *61 can store up to 100 numbers.
