Does anyone know who this is?

This number called my office phone, I answered and no one said anything and the call was disconnected.  Not sure who the caller is.

I decided to call the number back and it turns out it is the I3 group on behalf of the University of Phoenix.  I personally block them because I feel it is a waste of time to call someone just so they can transfer me to another company that I can call directly on my own.  This group calls from different numbers and will constantly change numbers and will still call even though I have asked them to stop.  They wanted to call and make sure my contact information is correct in their system.  Calling and hanging up is not the proper way to do that.
