OMG .. this guy called me. He stated his name was Mike Reed & I was been served with some papers. And he, advice me to call the compnay first, & give them the package #. And the # he told me to call was 1-855-402-0693 , and he told me I can call him back at 214-306-5660, but we have caller ID, and that was not the number he was calling from (  213-253-8336). When I called the 855 # they wanted me to make a payment over the phone.... Im going to report these 3 numbers, and I did record the calls.

Received a call from Mike Reed (214) 306-5660, said that he was going to serve me with some papers. He did not specify for what (which is the main indicator that this is a scam and not anything legitimate).  Do not dignify this call. A true collections agent will notify you through phone AND mail and will IDENTIFY the company they work for and the purpose of them contacting you. Do not give this person any money. It is a scam to scare you---if you ever had a payday loan, these guys will look you up and shake you down because you are vulnerable. Either that, or they claim that your creditor "hired" them to track your account or "sold" your account to them to retrieve payment. They will scare you by saying they will have you "arrested" for fraud. FYI, the United States does not have a debtor's prison and you do not get arrested for owing a creditor money. Word to the wise, either resolve to pay your debtor directly, or get with a reputable consolidation company, pay off whatever outstanding balances you owe. Otherwise, pay no attention to these opportunistic scam artists.

I think the standard rate is $1 per post.  But it may go up or down from there, depending upon whether your caps lock key is stuck and on how many exclamation points you can find a way to include in the post.

I'd say about 47 cents for the particular post in question.

Imbecile left message stating he represented the court. He is a full of [***] liar and committed several criminal violations. First, in Massachusetts, you get served legal process by a sheriff or constable. Police Do Not serve or investigate civil process aka debts. This guy, is just a scumbag scammer. Tell him to go die.

Mike Reed, is calling my mom and getting her all upset with his lies about me going to court if I don't take care of this matter, and how the clients have released the information to him and I have 72 hours to take care of the matter or go to court, I do know a little bit about the law, and have not been served any papers of any kind from anybody.
