I received 2 calls from this number. It was a robo call saying there is a case pending against me and that I would be taken into custody if I did not call back. These were scam calls and I am reporting it to you for follow up. Thank you.

Nobody here is going to "follow up" on your report.  If you want to report somewhere that action may (eventually) be taken, go to the FTC's Do Not Call site (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx) and complain there.
This site is for people to report what they encountered with phone calls, for the enlightenment of others.  No action is taken by the site operators regarding any complaint you might make.  If you want any action taken, you will have to do it yourself.
