Called the number back and call was disconnected

Sounded Indian. Knew my name and email. Just 1o seconds and I'll let you get back to work... Wanted to "sell" me cheaper car insurance. Would have 2-4 local car insurance company representatives call me back in working 24-48 hours. Kept asking if I would consider changing if I could save lots of money so I would be on the recording agreeing. And what car and year do you drive - so they can have the quote ready for you? And do you have any other cars or other drivers. Finally said again that I was at work and hung up.

Repeatedly called me during work hours. I did not answer but instead Googled the number. Sounds like it's another telemarketer.

This number has been calling my work phone. I do not know who it is because they do not leave a voicemail, so I do not pick up. But thanks to this website I know who it is! Thanks to all of you.

i got a call from this number. Called it back they said to press 1 too be put on the do not call list so i did we will see

answered at supper time!! didnt really look at the number?? but called me by first name, asked what he wanted but didnt give hime time to tell him!! told him to not call back & take my name off the list!!

Called the # back and was given the option (#1) to add my number to their do not call list.

Knew my name...said I have insurance already right? Well if  you are calling you must already know or not....I told them I was not interested in changing and he said it is not about changing....I hung up. He had an accent but not sure from where...

Don't poke the DO NOT CALL NUMBER! That lets them know you're there and keeps them calling back!!

Called my cell phone at dinner time. I don't answer unknown calls. No message left. Going to block the number from my phone.

What do the previous 3 posts accomplish?

Almost tempted to pay one of those phone tracking sites to get full info on the number. Then go down there and start cracking skulls.

got over 8 calls and blocked the number, never left a message. seems like it's a telemarketer.

caller had heavy Indian accent and asked for a name I could not understand. Number is now blocked.
