I  received a phone call from this number saying they were Lone Star MSO.

When I call people this number shows up on caller ID
Its fraud!

I work for Lone Star, a medical billing company. If you received a call, it means you have a bill from a doctor, and it IS legit. You cannot just say the word "fraud" without knowing what you're talking about. Did you even bother to call the number back?

If it's legit, why don't they leave a message ?

Lone Star MSO is an accounting and billing company used by a lot of Doctors in the Dallas Area.  I have called to get statuses and clarifications on my Neurologist's bill.  They do call back and they do leave messages.  I had no idea who they were when I was first contacted and was suspicious when I received a call.   My doctor did confirm later who they were. I left caller type as unknown because none of the caller types matched the call.

When I got a call from 214-506-2610 I researched the number. This number is attached to several doctor's offices and physicians. My research revealed that it is attached to Stirvant Health medical billing, ZEBALLOS HEALTHCARE INTERVENTIONAL SPINE Center, LAURIE ANNE ATEN, MD, WALLACE SPORTS MEDICINE PA and several doctor's on the United Healthcare Providers list. All in the Dallas area. I called to inquire why they were calling me. They answered  as Strivant Health. They couldn't directly tell me why they were calling me, and started guessing addresses and doctor's names, none of which I have been seen by. So it seems to be a legitimate medical billing service, just not very good at what they do.
