A recording of a sketchy sounding guy claiming to be a home buyer looking for houses to buy. He sounds scared like someone has a gun to his head while he is talking. Very strange, I blocked the number.

Yes, he is sketchy, and it's a recorded message that he leaves that is identical each time he calls.  He sounds more like a high school student reading from a script, trying to sound natural but just can't pull it off.  Says he wants to buy my house, but he's just not sure if I want to sell it etc.  SCAM or a house flipper, don't know which.

Caller said his name was Jason and he sound sketchy..home buyer carp, yeah right! Report to the call to Do not call.gov for harassing solication it is a Violation of the TPA..

Robocaller. Pre-recorded message that tries to sound like a live person. A guy says he wants to buy my house not sure if its for sale if this is the wrong number no need to call back just ignore it but if you do want to sell your house etc.  I agree with the other posters. He tries to sound natural but just can't quite pull it off. Sounds like he's reading a script. Scammy. Caller ID said BRENTWOOD NURSI

Scammer talking about buying a house I bet my ex putting numbers on Trulia again she a thief and a scammer very childish. Caller ID said brentwood nursing home.

Or, the more likely scenario is that you are simply one of the thousands and thousands that are getting these calls every day looking to buy properties at a discount.
